How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you first upgrade, you get full access to all Unlimited features for 14 days at no cost. No credit card is required to start, and nothing is charged automatically — when the trial ends your subscription simply pauses until you add a card.
Can I downgrade back to Free?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep premium access through the end of your billing period, then revert to the free tier limits.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. You'll still be able to view all your batches, SCOBYs, and photos. You just won't be able to create new ones beyond the free tier limits until you upgrade again.
What counts as an "active" batch?
Batches with a status of Fermenting or Bottled count toward your active batch limit. Completed and Cancelled batches don't count, so you can brew as many batches as you like over time—just one at a time on the free tier.
