Once bubbling slows significantly (fermentation is winding down):
- Taste it — it should be dry (most sugar consumed), tart, and noticeably alcoholic
- Add F2 flavorings as you would with regular kombucha
- Bottle in pressure-rated bottles
- Add ½ teaspoon of sugar per 16oz bottle for carbonation
- Let F2 run for 2–3 days, then refrigerate
